How to Send ARForms Data to Wrike

Connect Wrike to AFI

Wrike uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Wrike, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it ARForms to Wrike.

2. Pick your trigger

Select ARForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Wrike as the destination

Choose Wrike from the platform dropdown and pick Create Task. This creates a task in Wrike.

4. Map fields

Match each Wrike field on the left to the corresponding ARForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in ARForms. Check Wrike to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
