How to Send ARForms Data to Wise Agent

Wise Agent is a real estate CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. ARForms manages a form is submitted, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Wise Agent.

Connect Wise Agent to AFI

Wise Agent uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Wise Agent, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it ARForms to Wise Agent.

2. Pick your trigger

Select ARForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Wise Agent as the destination

Choose Wise Agent from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Wise Agent.

4. Map fields

Match each Wise Agent field on the left to the corresponding ARForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in ARForms. Check Wise Agent to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
