How to Send ARForms Data to sevdesk

sevdesk is an accounting platform for managing finances. If you want ARForms submission synced to sevdesk, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

What you will need

Connect sevdesk to AFI

sevdesk uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → sevdesk, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it ARForms to sevdesk.

2. Pick your trigger

Select ARForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select sevdesk as the destination

Choose sevdesk from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in sevdesk.

4. Map fields

Match each sevdesk field on the left to the corresponding ARForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in ARForms. Check sevdesk to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
