How to Send ARForms Data to Lexoffice
Lexoffice is an accounting platform for managing finances. ARForms handles a form is submitted on your WordPress site. Lexoffice is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.
Why not just use Zapier?
For connecting ARForms to accounting, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with ARForms installed and configured.
- A Lexoffice account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Lexoffice to AFI
Lexoffice uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Lexoffice, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it ARForms to Lexoffice.
2. Pick your trigger
Select ARForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.
3. Select Lexoffice as the destination
Choose Lexoffice from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Lexoffice.
4. Map fields
Match each Lexoffice field on the left to the corresponding ARForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in ARForms. Check Lexoffice to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name and email to Lexoffice with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which ARForms events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a form is submitted. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
