How to Send ARForms Data to LaPosta

LaPosta is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. ARForms manages a form is submitted, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to LaPosta.

What you will need

Connect LaPosta to AFI

1. Log in to your LaPosta account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → LaPosta.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it ARForms to LaPosta.

2. Pick your trigger

Select ARForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select LaPosta as the destination

Choose LaPosta from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to LaPosta.

4. Map fields

Match each LaPosta field on the left to the corresponding ARForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in ARForms. Check LaPosta to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
