How to Send ARForms Data to Agilecrm

Agilecrm is a platform platform. If you want ARForms submission synced to Agilecrm, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

What you will need

Connect Agilecrm to AFI

Agilecrm uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Agilecrm, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it ARForms to Agilecrm.

2. Pick your trigger

Select ARForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Agilecrm as the destination

Choose Agilecrm from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Agilecrm.

4. Map fields

Match each Agilecrm field on the left to the corresponding ARForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in ARForms. Check Agilecrm to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
