How to Send Funnel Builder Data to Woodpecker

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Funnel Builder to Woodpecker.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Funnel Builder as the form provider. AFI fires when a visitor submits a form or completes a step in a funnel, giving you access to visitor name, email, phone, funnel step, and custom field values.

3. Select Woodpecker as the destination

Choose Woodpecker from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Woodpecker.

4. Map fields

Match each Woodpecker field on the left to the corresponding Funnel Builder field on the right. Common mappings include visitor name, email, phone, funnel step, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Funnel Builder. Check Woodpecker to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
