How to Send Funnel Builder Data to Salesmate

Connect Salesmate to AFI

1. Log in to Salesmate and go to Setup → API & SDK.
2. Create an API client and copy the credentials.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Salesmate.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Funnel Builder to Salesmate.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Funnel Builder as the form provider. AFI fires when a visitor submits a form or completes a step in a funnel, giving you access to visitor name, email, phone, funnel step, and custom field values.

3. Select Salesmate as the destination

Choose Salesmate from the platform dropdown and pick Create Contact. This creates a contact in Salesmate.

4. Map fields

Match each Salesmate field on the left to the corresponding Funnel Builder field on the right. Common mappings include visitor name, email, phone, funnel step, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Funnel Builder. Check Salesmate to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
