How to Send Funnel Builder Data to Kintone

Connect Kintone to AFI

Kintone uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Kintone, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Funnel Builder to Kintone.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Funnel Builder as the form provider. AFI fires when a visitor submits a form or completes a step in a funnel, giving you access to visitor name, email, phone, funnel step, and custom field values.

3. Select Kintone as the destination

4. Map fields

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Funnel Builder. Check Kintone to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
