How to Send Funnel Builder Data to Dynamics 365 Marketing

1. Create a new integration

4. Map fields

Match each Dynamics 365 Marketing field on the left to the corresponding Funnel Builder field on the right. Common mappings include visitor name, email, phone, funnel step, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Funnel Builder. Check Dynamics 365 Marketing to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
