Connect Zoho Campaigns to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Email Subscribers to Zoho Campaigns.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Email Subscribers as the form provider. AFI fires when a subscriber joins a list or confirms their subscription, giving you access to subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status.

3. Select Zoho Campaigns as the destination

Choose Zoho Campaigns from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to a Zoho Campaigns list.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Campaigns field on the left to the corresponding Email Subscribers field on the right. Common mappings include subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Email Subscribers. Check Zoho Campaigns to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
