Sales.Rocks is a sales intelligence platform. Here is how to pipe Email Subscribers subscriber straight into Sales.Rocks using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

The direct approach

AFI delivers subscriber data straight from WordPress to Sales.Rocks. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with Email Subscribers installed and configured.
  • A Sales.Rocks account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Sales.Rocks to AFI

Sales.Rocks uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Sales.Rocks, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Email Subscribers to Sales.Rocks.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Email Subscribers as the form provider. AFI fires when a subscriber joins a list or confirms their subscription, giving you access to subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status.

3. Select Sales.Rocks as the destination

Choose Sales.Rocks from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This adds a lead in Sales.Rocks.

4. Map fields

Match each Sales.Rocks field on the left to the corresponding Email Subscribers field on the right. Common mappings include subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Email Subscribers. Check Sales.Rocks to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and company to Sales.Rocks with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which Email Subscribers events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a subscriber joins a list or confirms their subscription. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
