Salesflare is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Email Subscribers handles a subscriber joins a list or confirms their subscription on your WordPress site. Salesflare is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting Email Subscribers to CRM, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with Email Subscribers installed and configured.
  • A Salesflare account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Salesflare to AFI

Salesflare uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Salesflare, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Email Subscribers to Salesflare.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Email Subscribers as the form provider. AFI fires when a subscriber joins a list or confirms their subscription, giving you access to subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status.

3. Select Salesflare as the destination

Choose Salesflare from the platform dropdown and pick Create Contact. This creates a contact in Salesflare.

4. Map fields

Match each Salesflare field on the left to the corresponding Email Subscribers field on the right. Common mappings include subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Email Subscribers. Check Salesflare to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and phone to Salesflare with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which Email Subscribers events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a subscriber joins a list or confirms their subscription. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
