How to Send Email Subscribers Data to Mailcoach

Connect Mailcoach to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Email Subscribers to Mailcoach.

3. Select Mailcoach as the destination

4. Map fields

Match each Mailcoach field on the left to the corresponding Email Subscribers field on the right. Common mappings include subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Email Subscribers. Check Mailcoach to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
