Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

3. Select Lexoffice as the destination

Choose Lexoffice from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Lexoffice.

4. Map fields

Match each Lexoffice field on the left to the corresponding Email Subscribers field on the right. Common mappings include subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Email Subscribers. Check Lexoffice to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
