How to Send Email Subscribers Data to Eventbrite

Eventbrite is a event management platform. Every Email Subscribers subscriber record should flow into Eventbrite automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Connect Eventbrite to AFI

Eventbrite uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Eventbrite, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Email Subscribers to Eventbrite.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Email Subscribers as the form provider. AFI fires when a subscriber joins a list or confirms their subscription, giving you access to subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status.

3. Select Eventbrite as the destination

Choose Eventbrite from the platform dropdown and pick Create Event. This creates an event in Eventbrite.

4. Map fields

Match each Eventbrite field on the left to the corresponding Email Subscribers field on the right. Common mappings include subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Email Subscribers. Check Eventbrite to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
