Dynamics 365 is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Here is how to pipe Email Subscribers subscriber straight into Dynamics 365 using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to CRM. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with Email Subscribers installed and configured.
  • A Dynamics 365 account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Dynamics 365 to AFI

Dynamics 365 uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Dynamics 365, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Email Subscribers to Dynamics 365.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Email Subscribers as the form provider. AFI fires when a subscriber joins a list or confirms their subscription, giving you access to subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status.

3. Select Dynamics 365 as the destination

Choose Dynamics 365 from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Dynamics 365.

4. Map fields

Match each Dynamics 365 field on the left to the corresponding Email Subscribers field on the right. Common mappings include subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Email Subscribers. Check Dynamics 365 to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and phone to Dynamics 365 with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which Email Subscribers events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a subscriber joins a list or confirms their subscription. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
