How to Send FluentCRM Data to SuiteDash
SuiteDash is a business management platform. FluentCRM manages a contact submits a form or a tag is applied, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to SuiteDash.
Why connect directly?
Cloud automation tools like Zapier charge per task and route your data through external servers. AFI processes everything on your WordPress site. No per-contact fees, no external dependencies.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with FluentCRM installed and configured.
- A SuiteDash account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect SuiteDash to AFI
- In SuiteDash, go to Profile → Integrations → SECURE API.
- Copy your Public ID and generate a Secret Key.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → SuiteDash.
- Enter the Public ID and Secret Key, then click Save.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCRM to SuiteDash.
2. Pick your trigger
Select FluentCRM as the form provider. AFI fires when a contact submits a form or a tag is applied, giving you access to contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values.
3. Select SuiteDash as the destination
Choose SuiteDash from the platform dropdown and pick Add Company and Contact. This creates a company and linked contact in SuiteDash.
4. Map fields
Match each SuiteDash field on the left to the corresponding FluentCRM field on the right. Common mappings include contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in FluentCRM. Check SuiteDash to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps company name, contact name, and email to SuiteDash with unlimited records. Pro adds full field mapping including address, phone, and role fields. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which FluentCRM events trigger the integration?

Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
