How to Send FluentCRM Data to Success.ai

Success.ai is a email outreach platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Every FluentCRM contact record should flow into Success.ai automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

What you will need

Connect Success.ai to AFI

1. Log in to your Success.ai account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Success.ai.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCRM to Success.ai.

3. Select Success.ai as the destination

4. Map fields

Match each Success.ai field on the left to the corresponding FluentCRM field on the right. Common mappings include contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in FluentCRM. Check Success.ai to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
