How to Send FluentCRM Data to ON24

What you will need

Connect ON24 to AFI

1. Log in to your ON24 account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → ON24.
4. Paste the API Key and Client Key, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCRM to ON24.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FluentCRM as the form provider. AFI fires when a contact submits a form or a tag is applied, giving you access to contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values.

3. Select ON24 as the destination

Choose ON24 from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Event. This registers a contact for an ON24 event.

4. Map fields

Match each ON24 field on the left to the corresponding FluentCRM field on the right. Common mappings include contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in FluentCRM. Check ON24 to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
