How to Send FluentCRM Data to HubSpot
HubSpot is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. FluentCRM handles a contact submits a form or a tag is applied on your WordPress site. HubSpot is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.
Why not just use Zapier?
For connecting FluentCRM to CRM, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with FluentCRM installed and configured.
- A HubSpot account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect HubSpot to AFI
HubSpot uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → HubSpot, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCRM to HubSpot.
2. Pick your trigger
Select FluentCRM as the form provider. AFI fires when a contact submits a form or a tag is applied, giving you access to contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values.
3. Select HubSpot as the destination
Choose HubSpot from the platform dropdown and pick Create Contact. This creates or updates a contact in HubSpot.
4. Map fields
Match each HubSpot field on the left to the corresponding FluentCRM field on the right. Common mappings include contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in FluentCRM. Check HubSpot to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email, first name, and last name to HubSpot with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping and deal creation. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which FluentCRM events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a contact submits a form or a tag is applied. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
