How to Send FluentCRM Data to Airmeet

Connect Airmeet to AFI

1. Log in to your Airmeet account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Airmeet.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCRM to Airmeet.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FluentCRM as the form provider. AFI fires when a contact submits a form or a tag is applied, giving you access to contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values.

3. Select Airmeet as the destination

Choose Airmeet from the platform dropdown and pick Register Attendee. This registers an attendee for an Airmeet event.

4. Map fields

Match each Airmeet field on the left to the corresponding FluentCRM field on the right. Common mappings include contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in FluentCRM. Check Airmeet to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
