How to Send MailPoet Data to Re:amaze

Re:amaze is a helpdesk platform. If you want MailPoet subscriber synced to Re:amaze, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Connect Re:amaze to AFI

Re:amaze uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Re:amaze, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it MailPoet to Re:amaze.

2. Pick your trigger

Select MailPoet as the form provider. AFI fires when a subscriber joins a list or a newsletter form is submitted, giving you access to subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status.

3. Select Re:amaze as the destination

Choose Re:amaze from the platform dropdown and pick Create Conversation. This creates a conversation in Re:amaze.

4. Map fields

Match each Re:amaze field on the left to the corresponding MailPoet field on the right. Common mappings include subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in MailPoet. Check Re:amaze to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
