Connect dotloop to AFI

dotloop uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → dotloop, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it MailPoet to dotloop.

2. Pick your trigger

Select MailPoet as the form provider. AFI fires when a subscriber joins a list or a newsletter form is submitted, giving you access to subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status.

3. Select dotloop as the destination

Choose dotloop from the platform dropdown and pick Create Loop. This creates a loop in dotloop.

4. Map fields

Match each dotloop field on the left to the corresponding MailPoet field on the right. Common mappings include subscriber name, email, list ID, and subscription status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in MailPoet. Check dotloop to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
