Ragic is a database platform. Here is how to pipe Spectra Pro Forms submission straight into Ragic using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

The direct approach

AFI delivers submission data straight from WordPress to Ragic. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with Spectra Pro Forms installed and configured.
  • A Ragic account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Ragic to AFI

Ragic uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Ragic, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Spectra Pro Forms to Ragic.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Spectra Pro Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Ragic as the destination

Choose Ragic from the platform dropdown and pick Add Entry. This creates an entry in a Ragic database.

4. Map fields

Match each Ragic field on the left to the corresponding Spectra Pro Forms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Spectra Pro Forms. Check Ragic to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps standard form fields to Ragic with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which Spectra Pro Forms events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a form is submitted. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
