How to Send Spectra Pro Forms Data to Outreach

Connect Outreach to AFI

1. Log in to your Outreach account.
2. Go to Settings → API and generate an API token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Outreach.
4. Paste the token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Spectra Pro Forms to Outreach.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Spectra Pro Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Outreach as the destination

Choose Outreach from the platform dropdown and pick Add Prospect. This creates a prospect in Outreach.

4. Map fields

Match each Outreach field on the left to the corresponding Spectra Pro Forms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Spectra Pro Forms. Check Outreach to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
