How to Send WP User Frontend Data to Recruitee

Recruitee is a recruiting platform. Every WP User Frontend submission record should flow into Recruitee automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

What you will need

• A WordPress site with WP User Frontend installed and configured.

Connect Recruitee to AFI

Recruitee uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Recruitee, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WP User Frontend to Recruitee.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WP User Frontend as the form provider. AFI fires when a post is submitted or a form is completed, giving you access to author name, email, post title, post content, and custom field values.

3. Select Recruitee as the destination

Choose Recruitee from the platform dropdown and pick Add Candidate. This adds a candidate in Recruitee.

4. Map fields

Match each Recruitee field on the left to the corresponding WP User Frontend field on the right. Common mappings include author name, email, post title, post content, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in WP User Frontend. Check Recruitee to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
