Connect Elasticemail to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

3. Select Elasticemail as the destination

4. Map fields

Match each Elasticemail field on the left to the corresponding RegistrationMagic field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, custom registration fields, and form ID. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in RegistrationMagic. Check Elasticemail to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
