How to Send weForms Data to Zoho Meeting
Zoho Meeting is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. weForms manages a form is submitted, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Zoho Meeting.
Why connect directly?
Cloud automation tools like Zapier charge per task and route your data through external servers. AFI processes everything on your WordPress site. No per-submission fees, no external dependencies.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with weForms installed and configured.
- A Zoho Meeting account.

Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration

4. Map fields
Match each Zoho Meeting field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Zoho Meeting to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
