How to Send weForms Data to Zoho Marketing Automation

Zoho Marketing Automation is a marketing automation platform. Every weForms submission record should flow into Zoho Marketing Automation automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Connect Zoho Marketing Automation to AFI

Zoho Marketing Automation uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Marketing Automation, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to Zoho Marketing Automation.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Zoho Marketing Automation as the destination

Choose Zoho Marketing Automation from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Zoho Marketing Automation.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Marketing Automation field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Zoho Marketing Automation to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
