How to Send weForms Data to Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. weForms manages a form is submitted, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Zoho CRM.

Connect Zoho CRM to AFI

Zoho CRM uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho CRM, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to Zoho CRM.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Zoho CRM as the destination

Choose Zoho CRM from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Zoho CRM.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho CRM field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Zoho CRM to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
