Vtiger is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Here is how to pipe weForms submission straight into Vtiger using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to CRM. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with weForms installed and configured.
  • A Vtiger account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Vtiger to AFI

  1. Get your Vtiger URL, username, and Access Key.
  2. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Vtiger.
  3. Enter the URL, username, and Access Key.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to Vtiger.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Vtiger as the destination

Choose Vtiger from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Vtiger.

4. Map fields

Match each Vtiger field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Vtiger to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and phone to Vtiger with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which weForms events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a form is submitted. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
