How to Send weForms Data to Velocify

Velocify is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Getting weForms submission into Velocify does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

Connect Velocify to AFI

Velocify uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Velocify, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to Velocify.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Velocify as the destination

Choose Velocify from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Velocify.

4. Map fields

Match each Velocify field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Velocify to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
