How to Send weForms Data to Shape Software
Shape Software is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. weForms manages a form is submitted, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Shape Software.

Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to Shape Software.
2. Pick your trigger
Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.
3. Select Shape Software as the destination
Choose Shape Software from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Shape Software.
4. Map fields
Match each Shape Software field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Shape Software to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to Shape Software with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.
