How to Send weForms Data to Listmonk

Listmonk is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Every weForms submission record should flow into Listmonk automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

Connect Listmonk to AFI

Listmonk uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Listmonk, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to Listmonk.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Listmonk as the destination

Choose Listmonk from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Listmonk.

4. Map fields

Match each Listmonk field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Listmonk to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
