How to Send weForms Data to DealMachine

DealMachine is a real estate CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every weForms submission record should flow into DealMachine automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Connect DealMachine to AFI

1. Log in to your DealMachine account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → DealMachine.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to DealMachine.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select DealMachine as the destination

Choose DealMachine from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in DealMachine.

4. Map fields

Match each DealMachine field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check DealMachine to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
