How to Send Restrict Content Pro Data to Smartsheet

Connect Smartsheet to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Restrict Content Pro to Smartsheet.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Restrict Content Pro as the form provider. AFI fires when a member signs up or a payment completes, giving you access to member name, email, membership level, payment amount, and subscription status.

3. Select Smartsheet as the destination

Choose Smartsheet from the platform dropdown and pick Add Row. This adds a row to a Smartsheet.

4. Map fields

Match each Smartsheet field on the left to the corresponding Restrict Content Pro field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, membership level, payment amount, and subscription status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Restrict Content Pro. Check Smartsheet to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
