How to Send WP Event Manager Data to Success.ai
Success.ai is a email outreach platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Every WP Event Manager event record should flow into Success.ai automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.
The direct approach
AFI delivers event data straight from WordPress to Success.ai. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with WP Event Manager installed and configured.
- A Success.ai account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Success.ai to AFI
- Log in to your Success.ai account.
- Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Success.ai.
- Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WP Event Manager to Success.ai.
2. Pick your trigger
Select WP Event Manager as the form provider. AFI fires when an event is submitted or a registration is received, giving you access to organizer name, email, event title, event date, venue, and ticket type.
3. Select Success.ai as the destination
Choose Success.ai from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This adds a lead to Success.ai.
4. Map fields
Match each Success.ai field on the left to the corresponding WP Event Manager field on the right. Common mappings include organizer name, email, event title, event date, venue, and ticket type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in WP Event Manager. Check Success.ai to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email, first name, and last name to Success.ai with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping and campaign selection. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which WP Event Manager events trigger the integration?

Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
