Connect Success.ai to AFI

1. Log in to your Success.ai account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Success.ai.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Charitable to Success.ai.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Charitable as the form provider. AFI fires when a donation is made through a fundraising campaign, giving you access to donor name, email, donation amount, campaign ID, and gateway.

3. Select Success.ai as the destination

Choose Success.ai from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This adds a lead to Success.ai.

4. Map fields

Match each Success.ai field on the left to the corresponding Charitable field on the right. Common mappings include donor name, email, donation amount, campaign ID, and gateway. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Charitable. Check Success.ai to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
