Connect QuickBooks Online to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WP Job Manager to QuickBooks Online.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WP Job Manager as the form provider. AFI fires when a job listing is submitted, giving you access to company name, job title, email, location, job type, and application URL.

3. Select QuickBooks Online as the destination

Choose QuickBooks Online from the platform dropdown and pick Create Customer. This creates a customer in QuickBooks Online.

4. Map fields

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in WP Job Manager. Check QuickBooks Online to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
