How to Send WP Job Manager Data to Agilecrm

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

3. Select Agilecrm as the destination

4. Map fields

Match each Agilecrm field on the left to the corresponding WP Job Manager field on the right. Common mappings include company name, job title, email, location, job type, and application URL. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in WP Job Manager. Check Agilecrm to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
