How to Send Amelia Data to Wise Agent
Wise Agent is a real estate CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Amelia manages an appointment or booking is made, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Wise Agent.
Why connect directly?
Cloud automation tools like Zapier charge per task and route your data through external servers. AFI processes everything on your WordPress site. No per-booking fees, no external dependencies.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Amelia installed and configured.
- A Wise Agent account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Wise Agent to AFI
Wise Agent uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Wise Agent, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Amelia to Wise Agent.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Amelia as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment or booking is made, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, appointment date, and booking status.
3. Select Wise Agent as the destination
Choose Wise Agent from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Wise Agent.
4. Map fields
Match each Wise Agent field on the left to the corresponding Amelia field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, appointment date, and booking status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Amelia. Check Wise Agent to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to Wise Agent with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which Amelia events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when an appointment or booking is made. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
