How to Send Amelia Data to Rapidmail

Rapidmail is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Amelia handles an appointment or booking is made on your WordPress site. Rapidmail is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with Amelia installed and configured.
  • A Rapidmail account.

Connect Rapidmail to AFI

  1. Log in to your Rapidmail account.
  2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Rapidmail.
  4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Amelia to Rapidmail.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Amelia as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment or booking is made, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, appointment date, and booking status.

3. Select Rapidmail as the destination

Choose Rapidmail from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to a Rapidmail list.

4. Map fields

Match each Rapidmail field on the left to the corresponding Amelia field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, appointment date, and booking status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Amelia. Check Rapidmail to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
