Connect Liondesk to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

3. Select Liondesk as the destination

Choose Liondesk from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Liondesk.

4. Map fields

Match each Liondesk field on the left to the corresponding Amelia field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, appointment date, and booking status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Amelia. Check Liondesk to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
