How to Send Amelia Data to EngageBay
EngageBay is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Getting Amelia booking into EngageBay does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

- A EngageBay account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → EngageBay.

Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Amelia to EngageBay.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Amelia as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment or booking is made, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, appointment date, and booking status.
3. Select EngageBay as the destination
Choose EngageBay from the platform dropdown and pick Create Contact. This creates a contact in EngageBay.
4. Map fields
Match each EngageBay field on the left to the corresponding Amelia field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, appointment date, and booking status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Amelia. Check EngageBay to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to EngageBay with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which Amelia events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when an appointment or booking is made. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
