How to Send Amelia Data to CompanyHub
CompanyHub is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every Amelia booking record should flow into CompanyHub automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to CRM. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Amelia installed and configured.
- A CompanyHub account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect CompanyHub to AFI
- Log in to your CompanyHub account.
- Copy your Subdomain and API Key from settings.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → CompanyHub.
- Enter the credentials and click Save.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Amelia to CompanyHub.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Amelia as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment or booking is made, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, appointment date, and booking status.
3. Select CompanyHub as the destination
Choose CompanyHub from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in CompanyHub.
4. Map fields
Match each CompanyHub field on the left to the corresponding Amelia field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, appointment date, and booking status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Amelia. Check CompanyHub to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to CompanyHub with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which Amelia events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when an appointment or booking is made. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
