How to Send MemberPress Data to Zoho Creator

Zoho Creator is a database platform. If you want MemberPress membership synced to Zoho Creator, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Connect Zoho Creator to AFI

Zoho Creator uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Creator, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it MemberPress to Zoho Creator.

2. Pick your trigger

Select MemberPress as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers or a subscription transaction completes, giving you access to member name, email, membership level, transaction amount, and subscription status.

3. Select Zoho Creator as the destination

Choose Zoho Creator from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Zoho Creator.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Creator field on the left to the corresponding MemberPress field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, membership level, transaction amount, and subscription status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in MemberPress. Check Zoho Creator to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
