How to Send MemberPress Data to Sendinblue
Sendinblue is a platform platform. Getting MemberPress membership into Sendinblue does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.
The direct approach
AFI delivers membership data straight from WordPress to Sendinblue. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with MemberPress installed and configured.
- A Sendinblue account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Sendinblue to AFI
Sendinblue uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Sendinblue, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it MemberPress to Sendinblue.
2. Pick your trigger
Select MemberPress as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers or a subscription transaction completes, giving you access to member name, email, membership level, transaction amount, and subscription status.
3. Select Sendinblue as the destination
Choose Sendinblue from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Sendinblue.
4. Map fields
Match each Sendinblue field on the left to the corresponding MemberPress field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, membership level, transaction amount, and subscription status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in MemberPress. Check Sendinblue to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name and email to Sendinblue with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which MemberPress events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a member registers or a subscription transaction completes. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
