How to Send MemberPress Data to Nutshell

Nutshell is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Here is how to pipe MemberPress membership straight into Nutshell using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Connect Nutshell to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it MemberPress to Nutshell.

2. Pick your trigger

3. Select Nutshell as the destination

Choose Nutshell from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Nutshell.

4. Map fields

Match each Nutshell field on the left to the corresponding MemberPress field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, membership level, transaction amount, and subscription status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in MemberPress. Check Nutshell to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
