How to Send MemberPress Data to Events Manager

Connect Events Manager to AFI

Events Manager uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Events Manager, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it MemberPress to Events Manager.

2. Pick your trigger

Select MemberPress as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers or a subscription transaction completes, giving you access to member name, email, membership level, transaction amount, and subscription status.

3. Select Events Manager as the destination

Choose Events Manager from the platform dropdown and pick Add Event. This creates an event in Events Manager.

4. Map fields

Match each Events Manager field on the left to the corresponding MemberPress field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, membership level, transaction amount, and subscription status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in MemberPress. Check Events Manager to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
